Results-based monitoring
Applying practice-oriented and user-friendly approaches, I guide my clients through the processes of conceptualising, setting up and utilising context-sensitive results-based monitoring systems.
Results-based monitoring systems allow for measuring progress towards set objectives while carefully monitoring the contexts in which projects are operating.
Over the last years, I have gained considerable experiences in setting up results-based monitoring systems in the context of fragility, conflict and violence as well as of displacement and migration.
Evaluations
Tailored to my clients’ knowledge interests and with
specific emphasis on the usefulness of findings, I conduct
mainly theory-based evaluations.
Customised to my clients’ requirements, I apply modular methodological approaches, in particular Contribution
Analysis and Outcome Harvesting.
Quality assurance, standard-setting
and training
I provide guidance on the management of monitoring and
evaluation processes. This includes organisational consulting for
the responsible departments as well as advisory services on
standard-setting and quality assurance of evaluations and
results-based monitoring systems.
Furthermore, I offer training modules on monitoring and evaluation for staff members of development agencies, aid
organisations and foundations. These also include train-the-trainer concepts and blended learning/ e-learning approaches.
